Your First Visit to Our Farmington Practice
You will be warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Help is on its way!
You will be greeted warmly when you arrive by one of our friendly Chiropractic Assistants who are to help make your first visit a pleasure. After filling out some brief information about you, your health history and our privacy policy you’ll be shown to our consultation room.
You’ll be greeted by Dr. Crowley and have a chance to share your concerns and questions and health history. I have two main priorities during this consultation:
- Determine the cause of your problem and
- Can I help you.
I’m very detail oriented and need you to be clear and concise with your answers to my questions to see if I can help you. Cost containment is also a priority of mine and I never order any testing or x-rays unless they are absolutely necessary to determine the cause of your problem. We may proceed to perform a brief Chiropractic examination of your posture as you lie flat on your back (leg-check) and as you stand on a Spinal Analysis Machine (Perfect Posture Grid). You will be given full detail of what I see and whether I may have help for you.

If I can determine the cause of your problem and I think I may be of help to you, I will tell you. Before any professional services are provided, fees are explained and financial arrangements will be made. A typical first visit takes 30 minutes to complete, normally. Hopefully I will be able to help you.
