Regular Visits

A typical office visit includes a quick stop at the front desk to sign in and then taking a seat in our reception room.

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

Once an adjusting room is available you'll proceed to place your personal belongings in a little blue basket in the adjusting room, including earrings and back pocket contents like wallets.  You'll take a seat on the leg-check table until the doctor is available.  Once the doctor enters the room you'll proceed to lay flat on your back to have your legs checked.  A look at your shoulder posture as you stand will confirm whether the adjustment has stayed in the corrected position or started to slip out of place.  If you are determined to be "out of correction" or alignment you will be corrected / adjusted again.  Your legs and posture will again be checked until balance is again achieved.

You will then proceed to the resting room for a 10 minute rest in the massage chairs before you go.

Dr. Bryce Asks some important questions of interest to Centerville residents - Chiropractor Centerville Dr. Bryce Asks...

Where do most Centerville residents get their first subluxation?
Being born in a hospital is a common source of subluxation. Trauma from forceps delivery has been replaced with drugs, vacuum extraction, Cesarean section and births that are "scheduled" to fit the workweek routines of Ob-Gyns. That's why we recommend a chiropractic checkup for every Centerville newborn.
What's your plan to deal with drug-resistant 'super germs'?
Chiropractors have always been concerned with the indiscriminate use of antibiotics, accelerating the mutation of microbes that make "wonder" drugs increasingly ineffective. My strategy? Do everything possible to bolster my immune system through proper diet, rest, exercise, clean air, pure water and an optimally functioning nervous system with regular chiropractic care.
